What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the act of taking on the persona of the character, acting how he/she would act in situations. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is the term used to describe an action with foreknowledge, gained through out of character means. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is the act of not allowing a reaction. e.g. I jump out from a bush and tie a bandit with rope. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): It is the 21th of Malin's Welcome, 1480. My name is Shilo Blythe, and I live in one of the many outlining villages of Petrus. I live with my father and mother, I’m nothing special and even worth less regard. I ply my trade to the various odd jobs of the town, earning and contributing to my family household. It is the 22nd of Malin’s Welcome, 1480. I’m worried, there’s trouble brewing, I’ve heard rumor of Iblees and its servants. I don’t think our village could hold off an attack, it chills me to the bone to think that all this could end. I shan’t shirk my duties, I’ll put all that to the back of my head. It is the 23ird of Malin’s Welcome, 1480. With the more potent of attacks held at bay by the Orenian, forces the village has been left untouched, well with all the exception of trade. Everything is being held at Petrus, and we cannot cross the roads without attack from bandit and cultist alike. It’s a difficult time. It is the 24th of Malin’s Welcome, 1480. It isn’t looking good, food and other resources have dried up, we’re at the brink. I’ve heard my parent’s talking, they can’t sustain another mouth to feed in the house. I’ll be sent away, I don’t hold it against them, these are difficult times and maybe I’ll make a better life for myself elsewhere. I guess as once I read in a book “This is where the journey truly begins”. Personality Traits: ernest, happy, curious. Ambitions: To create with his own two hand’s a future he desires, a simple household with family to come home to. Strengths/Talents: Jack of all trades, but a master of none. He’s your average joe. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Fearful of things out of the ordinary, and the disruption of what he perceives to be normality. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Shilo Blythe: A tall lanky man with a bushy growth of hair that rounds the upper lip and crawls down the chin, with brown hair that reaches his shoulders.
