To the Elder and leaders of Lenfarthing,

Greetings fair leaders of Lenfarthing, my name is Tharoon Gurduinmere more commonly known as Tharoon The Blue, I am an older human around the age of fifty and I am currently seeking a home. I have befriended many halflings in my time and find your people and culture to be both fascinating and beautiful. Due to my love for your culture and people I wish to ask the Elders if they would allow me a place to stay in Lenfairing. I am of course a bit too big for many of the homes built in your wonderful town because of this I seek a plot of land near your town to construct a small place of my own. I would be able to pay for my land in resources and or entertainment and I would be sure to abide by all of the laws and rules placed before me. If there are and other terms, conditions, or concerns please send me a bird at your earliest convenience. I thank you for reading and wish you the elders and your people's happiness and good health.

Signed,

Tharoon The Blue

((Is Birc still active? If not we might be able to give out his old tree to someone of another race provided we enjoy their rp. We normally have a very small handful of players from other races to spice up rp. It's just a matter if we think they'll cause any trouble or ruin rp.))

((We don't usually allow other races in unless someone decides yes they can. If you can convince us as to why I should let you in despite the others not being able to then go ahead.))

(( Well where to begin.. I have been on the server for two years +. I have rp'd practically every race and type of person on the server from evil cultist to friendly hobbit, I have rp'd all different walks of life from farmer to paladin and believe I have a strong background and understanding of most communities currently on the server. I also have a strong grasp on lore due to the fact I have been around for so long. Now on to this characters information.. Tharoon is an older man who could be known as a "Wizard" of sorts, he understands domestic ( non pvp, more "wow fun" magic ) and at his core is a non pvp light hearted character that I believe fits in greatly with the relaxed and fun halfling mentality not to mention I have met and befriended three or four halflings in less then a week. I'm not going to enter your town and attempt to blow it up and change what your race is about but instead I plan to talk in the square, trade with your people, and maybe try to take a few halflings out on an adventure. Basically A nice old man who you can sit with and smoke some pipeweed with that wont pounce on you demanding minas or killing your whole town. I don't see any "damage" I could cause to you guys besides offering a fun sensible ( As in halfling lore abiding ) events every once and a while. To be totally honest I could probably assist in bringing a bit more role play to you guys and gals as I know that you're currently lacking members. It would stink if I could not live with you guys just because I am not " Your Race " when some people from other races could fit in with your community nicely and create some really interesting rp... Anyhow I really do hope you consider my ooc intentions. Either way I leave my best wishes with your community. ))

((We let in a dwarf. Why not a wizard. Plus, magic users fill a pretty special niche in the hobbit community as benevolent watchers.))

(( Thank you for taking it into consideration and not just swatting me off, I anxiously wait for the other elders opinions. ))

((I say we kick Gamle out and keep this one away too, sorry. Birc should only stay because he's not in a burrow, technically, and he built it himself. Even so, it's half up the mountain, barely in the Dale))

Elder Posco lazily reads through the letter, then pausing for a moment before speaking to himself (a bad hobbit of his huehuehue)

"Well if 'e's any ting like 'is name sugges's, I don' tink we wan' a blue fellah livin' in Te Dales . . . course I don' know te fellah, could be a righ' steady chum. I'll 'ave 'o mee' 'im for I say anythin'."

((I'm down for it, I'm sure we can find some grimy cave to throw you in place for you to call home in or around Lenfarthing))

(( Well I don't have to live directly in dale if worried about that, though it would be a bit of a hassle to get around, If need be I could build my own shelter out by the witches woods or somewhere near by ( I wont make it ugly ;) )).

(( That would be great, I don't need anything special and I could bring the materials needed to construct a small place unless of course you think theres a better suited place already around Lenfarthing for me. I will be walking around in character most of today, I hope to meet some of you! ))
