The earthquakes hitting the city of Lin'evaral had been getting worse, there could be no denying the fact. After the most recent one had caused significant damage, Delonna can be seen slowly pinning up numerous notices inside Lin'evaral's walls.

Citizens of Lin'evaral.

As you are all no doubt aware, our blessed city has suffered significant damage from earthquakes as of late. I'm not aware of any lives being lost to these disasters yet, but with the earthquakes increasing in intensity, I fear it is only a matter of time. Sooner or later, these earthquakes will either claim casualties, or damage our walls to the extent that we're no longer safe inside them.

It is with a heavy heart that on behalf of the Triumvirate, I must suggest citizens prepare for the evacuation of Lin'evaral. This will not be a forced evacuation, but it is extremely encouraged that all Mali’aheral evacuate to avoid unnecessary injuries and potential casualties. All those participating in the evacuation are encouraged to take with them any valuables or possessions they do not wish to risk losing. Should looting or the destruction of property occur, it is unlikely the Triumvirate will be able to replace missing or damaged items.

Further news on this matter will be posted once arrangements regarding an actual site for temporary relocation have been made. In the meantime, it is suggested evacuating Mali’aheral install their tents, residences etc. within the Malinor camp.

The Elibar'acal tower remains silent, like a stone guardian overlooking the city. The banner of the Golden Owl flaps in the breeze. The tower is damaged from the constant earthquakes, tilting slightly towards the lake. If one were to look inside, the place was cleanly kept and still functional.  But... where was its residents?

Where was Valmuel, the strategist... the planner? Her malevolent presence drew all in... her lust for power never abating. The elder woman never left home without a plan... or a target.

Where was Yulnii, the nervous mali'i? The girl who would never stop drawing, her pencil 'skritch skritch skritch'ing it's way across her paper constantly.

Where was Athri, the serpent himself? His cold, hard, eyes staring straight into everyone's soul, for truly he was the king cobra.

Where was Naeri? The man who would take his walks... talk to 'himself', his polite smile hiding something... something no one could see.

The Elibar'acals were already gone.
