The Lord of The Craft Application

• Have you ever roleplayed before and how?- Yes I have roleplayed at many different times whether it be with xbox or PC. Even with toy swords outside with my friends when I was little slaying monsters.

• Have you ever been on any other roleplaying servers?- Never

• How did you hear about Lord of the craft?- Two of my friends out of Minecraft told me about Lord of the Craft.

• What do you think the server be like?- I think the server will be an active community of players roleplaying and different races battling, or trading.

• Have you read and agreed to the rules?- Yes

• What rule was your favorite / the rule you agree with the most?- I agree with the no abusing glitch rule the very most.

 

 

Definitions-

•  

  What is roleplaying?- Roleplaying is to take the position of someone, or something else's behavior.

  • What is metagaming?- Metagaming is when you might know something your character does not know. For example your character might want to learn magic, and you know of a tutor outside of RP. You must go and ask people if there is one nearby, but you are not able to just walk up to the tutor randomly, and ask him to tutor you.

  • What is powergaming?- Powergaming is when you might allow your character in RP to get through certain situations by just allowing yourself to. For example someone may be about to tackle you from behind, while you should not know about the attack. Somehow you are able to move at the last second and trip the attacker, and kill him.

 

 

In character Info-

• What will your character be called?- Nolthock

• What race/ sub race are they?- Mountain dwarf

• What sex are they?- Boy

• How old are they?- Four dwarf seasons

• Brief description of character’s life- Nolthock was born on a small island far from Anthos. When he was a boy(about two dwarf seasons) a war was started  between his clan, and an orc tribe. One night ther was an orc raid on his small village. This is the first time he had ever killed. The village fought bravely and gallantly, but in the end the orcs prevailed, and in the process killed all of the villagers, Nolthocks parents, and his ten brothers. Nolthock wandered the island for another two dwarf seasons searching for the orcs that killed his family, finally finding them camping in a cave. There must have been at least one hundred orcs strong. He then realized it would be fatal, and would not kill many of them when  attacking the orcs by himself. He knew of a nearby city that orcs attacked frequently. Nolthock was able to sway twenty strong warriors to join him in the fight. Unfortunately the orcs had found out about the attack, and decided to attack the dwarves at their camp on the beach outside the city. The dwarves barley had time to react before five of the warriors were shot, and killed. In less than twenty minutes they were pushed back against the surf. Nolthock was able to slay seven orcs in the surf, but was soon drove back into the water that was now above his waist. By then he was the last remaining dwarf. This infuriated him, and caused him to slash, and attack carelessly. This gave one of the orcs n open chance to cripple Nolthock by cutting his foot off. Luckily he saw the attack and jumped backwards, but was not fast enough. The orc severed his big toe on his left foot. At that moment the orcs had managed to break through the nearby city walls with a huge explosion, sending huge chunks of bricks into the surf. one of these bricks hit right in front of Nolthock causing a huge wave to knock him out and send him far across the sea. When he awoke he found himself on the beach of a land called Anthos.    

• What are they like (personality)?- Nolthock is friendly to all he meets. (except orcs)  He will sit down with anyone to have an ale, and will take an arrow to the knee for his friends, But he loses his temper very easily.

• What are their ambitions?- He wishes to win glory in a great battle, or war most of all, but is also interested in building a home somewhere, and maybe pick up the family trade as a smith.

• Do they have any special skills?- Nolthock is very skilled using melee weapons, though he does not like to admit it he is very good at writing poetry, mostly he refrains from telling anyone that.

• What are their weaknesses?- Nolthock has a hard time balancing on anything narrow because of his missing toe. His temper also clouds his judgement, and can get him killed in a fight.

• A description of how they look- Nolthock has brown hair with a double braided beard, he has a dark blue helm, wears blue and black cloths with yellow sleeves, and carries an axe on his back.

• Your character's skin is one I have far too often. It would be better if you got a more unique skin, or edited that one. Perhaps changing the clothing color would be cool.
