Hopefully a bustling world full of opportunities and events with the
ability for me to choose my own path.

My favourite rule is the system behind the death and perma-death of your character.
I really like how this system gives you the opportunity to really develop your character rather than simply having him killed and being forced to make a new one.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family
(Include server lore when writing): - 

Born in Kal’Karik Baltak had a good early life, oblivious to the world outside of the grand
Dwarven hold. At an early age Kal’Karik began to work, his father, a hard
worker himself, would spend his entire day mining for gold, iron and precious
gems down in the cave systems. Baltak knew this was not the life that he wanted
for his son. Baltak began working as a courier for the Dwarven Legion at an
early age of 13. Light on his feet he was often seen to be scuttling round the
hallways and bridges, bumping into pretty much everything in a 5 mile radius.

 

Baltak’s first real job was as a woodcutter in the pine forests near the outskirts of
Kal’Karik. It was a tiresome job, often raining or freezing cold. Baltak learnt
from the hardships he endured, further pushing his ambitions to explore further
than he had gone before. He soon quit his job, much to the dismay of his mother
and father. Baltak now drifts like the wind from town to town, waiting for an
adventure to take him on a journey, one that he will never forget.

 

What are they like (personality)?: - 

Baltak is not a natural fighter. He has never fought in his life, however he is a hard
worker, a trait he likes to think was passed down to him by his father. Baltak
values honour and takes pride in whatever work he does.

 

What are their ambitions?: - 

Baltak does not have big ambitions unlike most Dwarves, however Baltak does dream for
the opportunity to discover new lands outside the Dwarven holds in which he has
always lived in. He dreams of exploring the lands in which he had heard of as a
boy, the beauty of Malinor and the harshness of the northern lands.

 

Do they have any special skills?: - 

From an early age Baltak has been relatively quick on his feet for a Dwarf, even
sometimes bragging to run faster than your average human! However, something
that Baltak does not need to brag about is his brute strength. Baltak is
incredibly strong and manages to complete tasks that most Dwarves would find
painfully difficult at the least.

 

What are their weaknesses?: - 

Baltak is no fighter, his father was no fighter and with the closest thing Baltak coming
to a fight was at a young age with sticks and stones, Baltak does not claim to
be a great Dwarven warrior, nor does he seek to.

 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot
yet!)?: - 

Baltak is average height for a Dwarf however a bit wider than most. He has big hands much
like his father and is naturally very strong. However, one of Baltak’s most
prominent features is his legs. Often described as tree trunks many think it a
miracle he can run at all!
