So to be clear, Kha' give single-births, and don't have litters? 

It depends on what you consider a litter. We've had several instances of khas sticking to births of one and two and then others having three to four kittens at a time. I suppose the answer would be yes, they do have litters but the litters vary in size. You also would have to take into account the high mortality rate and disappearances of kittens. Few seem to make it to adulthood.
