The war horns of Urguan were blown as the dwarven legionnaires marched towards Kal’Ithrun. Igor Ireheart rallied the troops as they got into a Vel. They awaited there whilst Ognar Grandaxe and Zahrer Irongrinder made the troops stay in positions. Delrik Grandaxe gave an inspiring speech, motivating the dwarven legionnaires, readying them physically and mentally for the battle.

The battle was to be held in the Orcish deserts, the dwarven legionnaires out of respect, allowed Orcs to pass through their lands to get to the battlefield. Once the orcs had passed, Igor Ireheart gave the order to march as the sound of iron being smashed off the ground as the legionnaires marched through the jungles of Krugmar.

The dwarves arrived at the battle, they stood across the valley staring directly at the Orcs. There was a silence, before the Orcs made the first move. They screamed “KRUG KRUG KRUG KRUG KRUG KRUG!” the dwarves responded with “FER DUNGRIM!” This signalled the start of the battle as both sides charged in.

The dwarves overwhelmed the orcs, their numbers were far too many for the orcs to succeed as, the dwarves slaying many of the orcs. However the orcs did kill dwarves however they were only few in number. As the last orc lay dead, the Dwarves of Urguan stood atop the battlefield, covered in blood and in a frenzy. They screamed “VICTOREH!” as the dwarves cheered cries of joy and happiness. They had proven who had more honour.

The dwarves sallied back through the jungle and into the city of Kal'Ithrun, they were met with cries of happiness as the brave dwarves fought off the Orc berserkers. A feast was held as the dwarves conversed over the battle and boasted about their abilities. However they did not forget about their fallen and held a moment of silence for the brave dwarves who died fighting for their country. This was a great day in Dwarven history, they had proved that they are still the honourable dwarves they once were.

Nothing had changed.

((This was a fun battle, it brought back memories of the old skirmishes and battles from the start of Anthos and the The Isles/Elysium/Kalos))
