*A neatly written note is posted around the main settlements and is as follows...

 

  To all that may be interested I have..."Obtained"....a willing laborer. Below will be a rough sketch of the young fellow.

   As you can see...he is a Halfling in wonderful health. He goes by Aris Snowbird and is capable of nearly everything that doesn't involve a blade. He is very...."Loyal"...and will follow every order given as he is easily...."Swayed". 

   I assure anyone who is interested in..."hiring"... this fine man for work that he is quite healthy and is unharmed in every regards. He will be available for..."hire" for the next few Elven days and will be..."hired"...by the highest bidder.

   If your interested, just leave a note below or send a note with the bird (*the bird is old and worn..with several bald spots..its beak is riddled with dents and it is seemingly unable to call in its old age...it will clearly die in a few Elven days*)
