How did you hear about us?: - I wanted to do some role playing in Minecraft, so I went to Google and found LOTC

What do you think the server will be like? - I think it will sort of like what life would be like in a fantasy-medieval land, and also a place where I will meet lots of people and make friends.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - Be sure to keep in-character at all times.

What’s metagaming?: - Using your own knowledge, not knowledge that your character would not know. For example, using name-tags to your advantage to see other players or recognize them.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Creating a character that is either invincible or good at everything with no weaknesses. It can also mean that you use emotes that have only one possible outcome.

How old are they?: - 21

 

Give us a brief description of their life - Their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): -   

 

Ereln grew up as the only child his mother bore, due to the elves' curse of infertility. His parents tried to have a child numerous times, so Ereln is lucky that he is alive. His father, Eraik, was a talented hunter and often would compete in  friendly hunting competitions within the town. Ereln grew up fast in his town in the woods. At a young age, he helped the adult elves defend the town against monsters. The monsters that lived in the woods around them quickly became no match for Ereln’s archery skills. Archery became Ereln’s passion when his father taught him how to make his first bow.

 

With his archery skills, Ereln was also able to assist in quick attacks on orc tribes that would often wander through the forest. Ereln's father was planning on teaching Ereln Ancient Elven, for Eraik was one of the few who still knew it. All Aerlukson fathers would teach their children Ancient Elven, it was a tradition, but that tradition was lost when Eraik was unable to teach Ereln, because Eraik died.

 

When Ereln was 16, Eraik, at the time he was 394, was lost in a battle against uruks. Soon afterwards, Ereln’s mother, who was 402 when she died, lost herself to grief. At the loss of his parents, Ereln left his town, because it reminded him too much of them. After leaving, he found himself in a new town where he quickly made new friends.

 

Now, five years later, Ereln does not think of his parents much and is planning on setting up a bowsmith shop and teaching archery lessons.

 

What are they like (personality)?: - Ereln is determined to accomplish whatever he sets his mind on, even if it requires mischief. He is kind to his friends, but is a fierce and courageous warrior. Ereln is hardened emotionally, so he is never seen depressed. He shows little mercy to ones that do him harm. If need be, he is a skilled manipulator.

 

What are their ambitions?: - Ereln wants to be a successful bowsmith and archer.

 

Do they have any special skills?: - Archery, manipulation

 

What are their weaknesses?: - Ereln’s courage sometimes becomes recklessness.

 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Ereln always wears his quiver, and his hooded, green cloak. He has dirty blond hair, and dark (not super dark) skin

 

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Ereln has a desire for revenge for the loss of his parents. He hates orcs.
