-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I speak modern American English fluently. However, medieval-themed English might prove to be a challenge.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I’m a level-headed, friendly and honest person. I see myself as being open-minded and gentle, but also stubborn.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: At least an hour each day. I’d say about 10-15 hours per week.

-How long have you played minecraft?: 2 months

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: As the word “roleplaying” states, one has to act as if he was a completely different person, following the rules of the given situation. I like role-playing games like the elder’s scrolls or fable, but I prefer roleplaying with real people. Therefore I have been part of a text-based roleplay for quiet a while.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I feel like it will be a lot of fun seeing as the world is beautiful as well as full of stuff to find and find out about.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I played on a creative server for about one month. I left the server after it was abandoned by its admins which led to it falling prey to griefers and lag.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: I have read, understood and agreed to the rules. And I was amazed by the amount of lore about the world of Aegis.

-Name the 4 races on this server. Human, Elf, Dwarf and Orc

-How did you hear about us?:I found a video about the server while searching for redstone tutorials. Strange, but true.

-Did you vote?: Yes, on all three links.

-What was your favourite Law?: No metagaming. Metagaming makes roleplays highly unfair and – whats even worse – illogical.

-What was your least favourite Law?: None! All of them are reasonable.

-Character Name: Evan Munden

-What is your Race?: Human

-Biography: Evan was the only child of Gundar and Minna Munden. Gundar was a farmer, living on the outskirts of Al’Khazar, barely able to feed his family from what he could harvest from the family’s wheat farm. Minna was a noble man’s daughter who’d been cast out from her family for marrying a Gundar. She helped him to till the fields and worked as a maid.

When Evan grew older, he helped his father with the harvest and his mother taught him how to read and write for she wanted her son to live a better life than hers.

Evan had just turned 15, as an old man knocked at their door. He claimed to be a wizard and wanted to take Evan with him, as his apprentice. At first Gundar and Minna weren’t interested in the offering of the aged mage, but then Minna agreed for she saw a chance for her son to live a better life.

From this day on Evan was taught in the art of magic. Unfortunately his new master died long before Evans apprenticeship had ended. On his deathbed the old man told Evan about the essence of magic, a kind of magic so strong and pure, that no mortal human could ever imagine it.

From this day on Evan wandered the lands of Aegis on his search for this mythical power. He still visits his parents from time to time, but he hasn’t told them about his secret goal.

-Character Appearance: A young, slightly muscular man who wears the worn-out clothes of a mages apprentice. He has brown hair and green eyes.

-Character Personality:Evan is a charming young man who is reasonable and friendly. Nonetheless he has made some bad experiences and is kind of paranoid concerning strangers. He’s tolerant towards most people, but intelligent enough to be careful to whom he trusts. He has few friends for he travels a lot. But those he befriends will be his friends forever.

-Your ambitions: Traveling the lands and finding out more and more about magic, constantly searching for the essence of magical power.

-Can your character read or write?: Yes.

-Can your character mine?:He has the muscle to do it so he might as well try it someday.

-Are you a capable builder? No, his building-skills are poor.

-Can you wield a sword?: No, he has never learned to use a sword. He could however fight with a scythe for he used one on his father’s fields ^^

-Other Information: He is in fact not very good with magic as his mentor died early in his apprenticeship. That’s another reason, why he searches for magic’s essence.
