Downloading The Old Maps

Hello Lord of the Craft!

So I was going to download Aegis and Anthos but I see these multifile things and I have NO clue how to download them. I ask for the support of this wonderful community to either explain it or if you are really awesome to try and make a little video or something?

Installation Instructions

1. Download each of the .rar files above.
2. Extract them all to an easy-to-find location e.g. Desktop.
3. Open up the 'saves - Copy' folder and go to 'world.aegis second' -> 'region'. 
4. Drag everything from the region folder into the 'world.aegis second' region folder.
5. Repeat this process for region folders 3-13. 
6. Drag the 'world.aegis second' folder into your minecraft saves folder.

Yeah.. huh -cough- I read these and I'm not much of a guy good with this kinda stuff and it went right over my head so lol
