Server Cannot Connect

Whenever I try to go into the server, it's always down.

 

Is there a problem that's going on I missed out on?

Is the message on the server select screen 'Unknown Host' / 'Host not Found' or something similar?

Another viable option for an alt ip is ts.lotc.co

I always connect to 2.lotc.co

I find it is the best connection. 1 and 3 are also an option.
