A New Tilruir'mali

The Triumvirate of Haelun'or has seen fit to appoint Toriel to the position of Tilruir'mali. She shall also, should she be willing, be free to take upon the duties of the Tilruir'linan, should she desire.

 

tilruir’Mali (Servant of the Elves): 

• Guides their fellow Servants towards their duties. Technically the leader of the Tilruir.
• Ensures channels of communication exist between the Servants and the Triumvirate
• Has the duty to accept or deny citizenship applications (shared with tilruir’san, tilruir'linan and triumvirate). Denial must only be done with appropriate guidelines to help potential citizens towards acception.
• Interacts intensely with the citizens of Haelun’or and relays their wishes to the servants.

Interaction is key: Be there for the citizens as much and as often as possible. If no High Elves come to you, seek them out instead, or wait around for them to show. There is ALWAYS something that can be improved. This is a heavy leadership function; make sure you are up for such.
