I 'ould like to inquire 'bout the purchasing of 'ouses in the outer part of Kal'urguan in da new housin' district.

My questions are

1.Upon purchasin' a 'ouse what are the terms.((extensions,area permission etc))

2.when will the auctions be 'eld.

il speak with ye' about purchase when yer avaliable.

ye' canne extend any of th' 'ouses foundations without pemission and payment tu th' land owner, (so the kingdom basically). ye will 'ave permission tu yer entire 'ouse and two blocks infront of it, so ye' can add signs n' such. (its all fully protected, so only you can access your chests etc.)
