Few posters are nailed to posts inside the city of Vekaro written on a yellowed parchment with fine black ink. The note reads as this:

"Hello people of the city of Vekaro. I am in need of one of the famous smiths I have heard about in my stay here in the city to assist me in creating a customized spearhead of my design mixing both elven techniques aswell as the techniques of the people of Vekaro in order to perfect the head.
