What do you think the server will be like? - Like an even better version of Massivecraft, fully entrenched in it's universe, where everybody actually RPs, instead of like on A'therys Ascended

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - The choice between RP or PVP fighting. Or The Mechanical Standard

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?: - Pretending to be a character or person you are not.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Using information gained outside of Roleplay for roleplay purposes.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Making choices about what happens without the consent of other players, usually in the context of battle.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Human/Elf Hybrid.

 

What gender are they?: - Male

 

How old are they?: - 20

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Born in Atgaard, his parents were killed at the age of 9 due to a hate crime. He was taken in by a human mage named Dwennon who saw the innate magical ability within him, and was trained until he age of 19, upon which the mage died in his sleep. His master's property in his hands, he sold the home, took the personal effects of the old man, and set out. He never forgot the kindness the man showed to him, and his teachings offset the harsh cynicism gained from his parent's deaths.

 

What are they like? (personality): - An exceedingly clever man, he is kind and funny, if a little cynical at times. His humor ranges from deadpan and cynical to absolutely absurd. Creating obviously false statements with as deadpan a manner as possible is a particular favorite. Manipulative to his enemies, honest to his allies.

 

What are their ambitions?: - He seeks many things, and his grand ambitions are torn between knowledge, power, and bettering the world. One would expect him to manipulate the rich, learn from the intelligent, and offer his help to the downtrodden.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Ostorin has (for his age) a fairly powerful Alteration skill (all skills of Alteration), with basic knowledge of Evocation, mainly focusing on Arcane Evocation and Shielding.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Slightly taller than average, with short, dark brown hair framing a narrow face with a rounded chin. Eyes the color of melted chocolate. A complexion that was once pale, but was darkened by life in a sunny and warm enviroment.
