Request For A Third Council Of Elves

Two sets of letters are sent off from Lin'ame: one to the high elves of Tahn'siol, another to the dark elves of Ker'lomi.

 

 

"It is time that the Mali meet again for elhael heial'mali. There is much to discuss concerning the war, plague, and our relations with foreign races. Lin'ame would be willing to host this council.
