Not Whitelisted On Server?

Ive been a long time LOTC player since Aegis, after I heard the new maps coming out today I decided to hop on, only to find im not whitelisted?

I played a few weeks ago as well, is it for a lot of people right now?

Server is down to update to 4.0

Whitelist was turned on so that when the map is up the GMs can finish off the map. (Boats, shops etc. )
