Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: - Many historical RP servers, roman, renaissence, medieval and ww2.

How did you hear about us?: - My mate stigwig told me.

 

What do you think the server will be like? - Well I am told it is very active, and the RP quality is good. Also, I think the faction I intend to join, the Imperium of Oren, is a bit like the historical Holy Roman Empire but with soem Frenchies thrown into the mix of Germans. (note this is just how i picture it, I won't call people german in RP :/)

 

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes.

 

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - Powergaming and metagaming, bloody annoying sometimes.

 

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- You can commit crimes, but it does not give you permission to not RP those crimes, you must RP them. They have the right to create more sinister characters, this is to prevent the endless stream of assassians and other bad villan Rpers that happen on other RP servers who powergame and stuff. (i know it all too well) You can still lie without the villan app.

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?: - I have always described it as acting without a script. It is playing a character which you have created in a certain situation.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Using ooc information to your advantage, e.g, looking at someone's gamertag through a wall.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Making your character overpowered, or making them instantly win, killing player's in RP fights without permission, etc.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - 

 

Napoleon d'Avenesse was born into a minor gentry family, and was one of the youngest childern of the family. His father, however, was a social upstart, once a free subject and then onto the gentry. He kept up his old trades as if he was still a peasant, as a leatherworker. His mother was also of humble origins, so they were shunned heavily. Napoleon was brought up as a squire, so that the future generations of the family would finally be recognized as gentry/minor nobles. He was well educated, and turned out a bright man, especially at learning the history of the Oren Imperium. He wanted to help forge the empire to it's full glory, it's glory which it had when it was  the first empire with Gaius Marius. He did not do rough labour, but learnt, knowing he would never come to rule the estate, as he was but a young sibling of his other brothers, Augustus, William and Loius. His jealousy of him was very great, but his education distracted him and now he does not even feel much of it towards him today. When he was 3, his father was killed and the lands fell to the eldest, William and after that was . And, even more tragedy befell his family when his mother died two years later, due to Orc raiders. As such he is very hostile to Orcs to this day. Despite his advanced learning at the age of 5, depressed and lonely, he decided when he was 8 he would start military training as a squire. He still retained his prevoius learning, but nearly stopped learning anew whatsoever, and soon, when his training began, he found comfort in his new martial training. He began to recover, and, by 15, he had become old enough to learn the skills of management, helping his brother run what little land they had remaining. They were no longer gentlemen, but they were on the path to becoming gentlemen again, and with his training continuing, and, with the last of the jealousy with his brother replaced with friendship, he set out on this path.

 

What are they like? (personality): - Very racist and judgemental, and not very nice to poorly educated, illiterate serfs. Uncompromising, fervant, zealous but brave. He understands little of other points of view. Honourable, keeping his word.

 

What are their ambitions?: - To place himself amoung the nobility of the Imperium. 

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - 

 

Positive: Martial skills and appearence, decent education, zealous nature can inspire some. Ambitous and determined.

 

Negative: Sometimes overzealous, judgemental, rash, arrogant, and foolish. While his martial skills make him a good tactical commander and soldier, he lacks the pure strategic oversight of a true genious, not a good diplomat.

 

 

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Wears the livery coat of the family (looks a bit like the Bavarian flag/coat of arms irl) and the armour of a squire, with chainmail. Looks young and youthful. Unbearded and with born hair.
