Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?: - The act of taking on a role and playing them out, leaving your own opinions behind as you develop new ones.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Using information that you recieved OOCly, in RP and disrupting realism. Another definition is when you allow an event that happened in RP to affect how you treat someone OOCly.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Forcing actions upon another player or being more powerful than you ought to be. A simple farmer cannot pick up a sword and kill everyone he wants to.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

How old are they?: - 19

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Caelynn was born and raised in Petrus as an only child to two loving, over affectionate parents. They would give him everything they could. They would tell stories about how he is better than every other kid and that he will be one of the best humans to ever live. One night he snuck into his parents room and stole gold so he could go buy a sweet, and instead of punishing him, they congratulated him on his audacity. However one thing that did disappoint his parents was his refusal to join the military or learn how to properly handle a sword. He had no intrest in that as his attention was always focused to his studies or impressing the girls.

 

What are they like? (personality): - Very cocky and can overestimate his skills easily. He looks down upon strangers and looks equal among his friends and allies. This can came from his childhood, where he grew up in Petrus and was the only child that could be conceived by his parents. Because of this, his parents treated him as the perfect son, and told him he was better than any of them. They spoiled him with what little they could, so Caeylnn is very unappreciative of gifts or help unless they really stick out to him.

 

What are their ambitions?: - He hopes to have a small group of trusted friends. He doesn't necessarily want to take advantage of them, but he wants them to be powerful enough so he can go to someone when asking favors, everybody else he tends to look down on.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - He is very charasmatic, being able to appeal to anybody. He is able to intelligently look at how people talk and present themselves and know what to say to get them to like him. He likes seeing everything from a logistical point of view. He is very arrogant and and has slow hand eye coordination. He will talk his game but usually not be able to deliver. He goes by his motto "Knowledge is power" and knows that fighting is not his game.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - He has light blond hair and blue eyes, and a slightly handsome face. He usually wears a smug expression when things go his way and has a blank face when it doesn't, hiding his emotions. He wears a white shirt with a yellow vest. He wears a chain necklace that was given to him by his father, it was the most expensive thing they owned. He plays with it when he is nervous but will quickly stop if it is brought to attention. He has grey pants and a pair of black boots.
