Act of Restoration

 

General Amendments

This document details a number of minor points and decrees that have been issued since the reign of Tuvya Sigismundovic Carrion was established.

 

Section I: Concerning Aanenburg / Petrus

I. The Edict of Aanenburg is hereby revoked by will of His Imperial Majesty.

II. The Capital City is to retain its original name of Petrus.

 

Section II: Concerning Laws of the Imperium Tertius

I. The Vizima Acts are hereby revoked by will of His Imperial Majesty.

II. The Laws of Imperial Deviancy are hereby revoked by will of His Imperial Majesty

III. The edicts of Imperial Supremacy & of the Church of the Reformed Communion are hereby considered defunct.

IV. Edicts predating the arrival in Athera are hereby considered defunct.

V. The Laws of the Imperium Tertius are to be reorganized and updated by will of His Imperial Majesty into the Compendium of Law.

 

Section III: Concerning former vassals of the Imperium Tertius.

 

I. Helton Chivay is named Duke of the realm, and House Chivay made Great House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

II. Olivier de Savoie is named Duke of the realm, and House de Savoie made Great House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

III. Richard de Bar is named Duke of the realm, and House de Bar made Great House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

IV. Huron Silverblade is named Lord of the realm, and House Silverblade made Noble House, Artikius having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage. Huron Silverblade is called to make his own oaths as to confirm the vassalage of House Silverblade.

V. Rocco Romstun is named Lord of the realm, and House Romstun made Noble House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

VI. Edmund Horen is named Lord of the realm, and House Horen made Noble House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

VII. Merit Pascal is named Baron of the realm, and House Pascal made Masterly House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

VIII. Bertram Brunswick is named Baron of the realm, and House Brunswick made Masterly House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

IX. Nicholas Blackwell is named Baron of the realm, and House Blackwell made Masterly House, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage.

X. Symon Stafyr is named Lord of the realm, and house Stafyr made Noble house, having reaffirmed his oaths of vassalage. 

 

Section IV: Concerning Boyars

I. Augustus Fournier is named Boyar of the Realm, having sworn oaths of vassalage to His Imperial Majesty.

II. Unrecognized ignoble land holders who seek to join the realm are granted right to petition His Imperial Majesty.

 

Section V: Concerning Titleage

I. The recognized name of the Imperium Tertius is to be retitled to The Holy Empire of Oren, by will of His Imperial Majesty.

 

Section VI: Concerning Nobility

I. All formerly recognized nobility of the Imperium Tertius are granted the right to petition for the holding of their noble name.

II. Definitions and rights of nobility are to be detailed and reorganized in the Compendium of Nobility.

Section VII: Concerning Diplomacy

I. Treaties signed under reign of the Imperium Tertius are considered lasting.

II. His Imperial Majesty is to reestablish diplomatic connections with outside Nations and to reaffirm respective treaties.
