A Council Called.

By many means letters are sent out across the lands; Some delivered by hand, others by bird or rat.

 

Each envelope is sealed, a hand-written message tucked carefully within.

 

The following individuals receive a letter:

The letter reads as follows:

 

"Esteemed individuals of note,

 

I write this to you on behalf of the Mage's Guild. Many of you know me already and have spoken to me concerning this matter.

 

Iblees has returned and with him, no doubt, the Undead. His minions of old have already begun corrupting and infesting the nations. We cannot stand idle by.

 

And so I implore all of you to attend a meeting at the Mage's Guild, wherein we will discuss the threat and, hopefully, establish a Council wherein to meet regularly and determine the best steps to combat this threat.

 

Above all else, information and unity are our two greatest weapons. Iblees will attempt to divide us, but we must not fall. This council will meet in order to disseminate and discuss information in order to better fight the coming threat, among other things.

 

Old disagreements must be put aside. A storm gathers, and so too must we."
