Raptorious 1899 Author Share Posted October 10, 2014 Letters are sent to Ser Maric II Varodyr, Walter Hess and Tuvya Sigismundovic Carrion. The envelopes would be sealed with wax and stamped with a large Snowflake sigil. Dear Ser Maric II Varodyr, As a child of the once-great heartland, I find a league such as this to be a despicable representation of the people that once were. Where are your dragons? Where is your pomp and ceremony and frivolous nobility? I whole heartedly support the Raevir efforts to eradicate your culture and seek to see it smothered under the feet of my comrades. House Winter wishes to eradicate this idiotic and frankly insulting league. Carry on Carrion. -signed, Harold Winter III Ser Maric smiles as he reads the letter, shaking his head. "Winters." He sets the letter aside, the seal broken but still recognisable. *Ser Tomas Nicodemus peers at the various bulletins and messages scattered about, advertising the new political organization. After reaching the comforts of his home in the suburbs of Petrus, he begins writing an earnest note.* "To my compatriots in the Heartlander National League, My family has a history of being Heartlander, derived from the Renatians of old, and pure from the Hansetian and Southeron bloodlines that came during the time of the First Empire. I want to wish my most sincere gratitude for giving me a choice in how I want my voice, as a citizen and knight of Oren, to be derived from. My blessings be upon you, and my services rendered should you be willing. With sincere gratitude, Tomas Nicodemus" To Ser Tomas Nicodemus, Your support of the Heartland and it's people is immensely appreciated. Your gratitude is not necessary, however, for the League's actions are not a favour to the Heartland, but merely our duty to the Heartland as a people, as I am sure you well know. The House you hail from is known to me, I served alongside a Nicodemus under Emperor Peter, god rest his soul. If you truly wish to provide your assistance, you may sign your name on the League roster. If you wish to also retain your knighthood, I would recommend filling out the Knight's Census as soon as possible (as the Grand Knight, it is still my duty to monitor these things). Sincerely, Noble Ser Maric II of House Varodyr Grand Knight of Oren
