Upon the approval of Duke Thoromir of Polaris, the Duchy of Polaris will be broken in half in order to allow the unsettled South Eastern territory to be opened for settlers.

Thus the formation of the Territory of Ayr has been approved by the Aulic council and permission will be granted for the citizens beneath Winter to settle within the newly opened terrain independent of Vanderfell and Polaris.
