I know the majority of bans are Temp-Banned, With the newly cleaned rules will longer temp-bans and perm bans be more frequent on the server?

 

It all depends on the rule broken and to what extent/how severe. We rarely permanently ban people, as I don't like to look at any ban as permanent unless something very severe was concerned (like attempting to shutdown the server, DDOS other players, etc). As a player receives more warnings or their ban count starts to rise, future bans will be more lengthy and punishments more harsh. I would say that nothing has really changed in that regard.
