Halloween is coming, and I need a new Elf costume so I can do what I do every holiday: pretend to be an Elf on the internet. My Elf is an elegant chap, inspired somewhat by the High Elves from the Warcraft series and somewhat by the Vanyar and Teleri of the Tolkien series.
