-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Reliable, responsible and resourceful. I am eager to learn as well as eager to participate in the lore and the world of Aegis. I am willing to pull my weight through hard work and interaction with my fellow peers.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 10 hours approx.

-How long have you played minecraft?: Since mid-alpha, so 9 months.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I have roleplayed from an early age on games such as Morrowind, then moving onto other games such as Oblivion and Fallout. I repeatedly find myself becoming immersed in creating a entirely new person in an entirely new alien world, this motivates me to role play even more and I obtain huge amounts of enjoyment from this.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be full of wonders and amazing structures full of amazing and welcoming people with a hard working and diligent staff helping to run it.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on Ancientcraft, Empirecraft and Land of the Broken Block which were all heavily influenced by role play. I didn't leave them out of choice, the servers unfortunately shut down.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: I have read, understood and agreed to everything, the lore was fantastic to indulge in.

-What is your Race?: Dwarf.

-Biography: Ridder's family were renowned amongst the Dwarven race for their immense intelligence compared to their peers. However, this was not considered a favourable trait amongst the Dwarven lords. They were known appeasers of the Dwarf's sworn enemy, the Orcs. A family of Orcs were captured crossing the border on their way to Solitude, an Orcish outpost. This family were presented in front of Ridder's family to be slain, to test their faith to the Dwarven cause. Of course, they refused, and left the Orc family untouched. They were sentenced to exile far from the Dwarven homeland.

Living in the rugged tundra of the far north of Aegis, Ridder's family were left vulnerable and deserted. Ridder had to use his ingenuity to develop the skills neccessary to thrive in this harsh, hostile and unforgiving environment. The one night, while honing his new found swordsmanship in the woods, he heard a distant scream, a scream that pierced his heart and rattled in his mind. Through the misty fog and gloom, he could see sparking ruby embers amongst where his family's hut once stood, a plume of smoke billowed into the air as the embers and smoke choked and scorched his family. The screams of his Mother and Father dug into him like a thousand Orcish knives piercing his flesh. Orcish prints led from the scene, and it was confirmed tthat they had taken his family's life.

Ridder Diamondvault found his way back to Kal'Urguan, the homeland of the Dwarves. His family long forgotten, an insignificant dot in Dwarven history. Determined to become Ridder Diamondvault, Scourge of the Orcs, he settled himself amongst his people, sworn to loyalty.

-Character Age: 27

-Character Appearance: Ridder has swift, intelligent and piercing green eyes that scan the room, and some even say right into one's very mind. A scraggly black beard adorns his jaw, he has unusual green eyes and black hair, giving him the look of a serpent. Unusually more diminuitive compared to his fellow Dwarves, he is fleet-of-foot and a slender body aids to his natural stealth and cunning that he is renowned for.

-Character Personality: Vastly intelligent, Ridder possesses the uncanny ability to process and analyse a situation without preconceptions or prejudice in an extremely intelligent and perceptive manner. Steadiness of mind and perseveerance make him a fierce opponent in debate. Ridder is a trustworthy ally, but a cunning and deceptive foe to have. Stealth, intelligence and manipulation of minds through speech make him an admired but lesser known Dwarf amongst Dwarves.

-Your ambitions: To mine many diamonds and to establish himself amongst Dwarven politics of the highest order.

-Can your character read or write?: Of course, Ridder is learned in the languages of many races. A very eloquent Dwarf, he has ambitions to become a master of Orcish, to understand their battle calls for the good of the Dwarven race, in an attempt to overcome them in battle.

-Can your character mine?: Ridder would simply not be a Dwarf if he could not mine.

-Are you a capable builder? Years learning the ways of Dwarven architecture have taught him the knowledge of a good Dwarven structure.

-Can you wield a sword?: Axes are more favourable, but swordsmanship is a strong point for Ridder.

-Enjoy Farming?: Petty Elven things such as flowers or wheat do not have a place in Ridder's life.

-Does your character have any special skills?: The ability to manipulate one's thoughts through his own very speech makes him very special in the eys of others.
