In the confines of the cleric's mind voices whispered, the shattered remnant of what had once been an intelligent mind, but a husk compared to what it once was. His madness had drawn the line, the cleric's powers slowly began to fade with the simple words of what he'd imagine his patron saying, whether it was madness or the patrons of his themselves had yet to be seen.

"Utter failure," boomed the holy voice of Tahariae within his mind, "For one who fought for purity so much.. you're just a sick, disgustingly impassionate bandit who has done nothing to earn his families trust."

Aegor growled, his eyes reddening slightly with bloodrage, he slowly struggled to regain composure, the very curse Iblees granted to his orcish ancestors beginning to undo him.

"A disgusting specimen of what otherwise made brilliant matter," echoed an illusionary voice of Irfan within his mind, Aegor once slammed his armored hands into the wall, bloodying them, with a horrified shriek piercing the air like an orcish roar.

"Your failures, are many. You are hardly worthy to be a bringer of purity, it is why you never gained the boons of my War-Clerics." Tahariae's illusion chimed in, the tone seeming to pierce Aegor's mind like a sharpened piece of shrapnel, and a final voice, one not heard in many years by Aegor echoed through his mind, "Your fall is unsurprising.." The destructive monotone voice of Azgar echoed through, ".. It is time for you to die, and go upward to your petty Seven Skies." The spirit whispered, "Your life ends now.. and mine.. begins once again... know, that you've failed, Mithras."  Aegor could almost envision it, his body awakening animated with Azgar's conscious, yet he could do nothing to stop it. The Paladin's fall was inevitable, and he realized such.. because of his mistakes, his very foolishness in trying to recreate a necromantic spell, he had merged this spirit with himself in the time where he was but an insolent, magician wretch.

Aegor's spirit slowly etched free of the body that would now no longer be his, he slowly faded away, and whatever happened to him may never be known.

Despite the fall,
the knight fall. One thing is obvious.
