Leithlan is an Elven boy born of a Dark Elf mother, Dhaun'che Oussana, and a Wood Elf father, Caedwen Camoryn. After the early death of his mother, he was transferred between homes frequently by his depressed father. He eventually came to live with a foster family near the Elven capital. 

 

For most of his life, he has had poor guidance and instruction on what to do. While living in a foster home, he frequently visited the river to fish and play. He was carefree and happy during this time, and he often left home to find adventure. As such, he did not learn to read at an early age, and he still has poor computation skills. At eleven, he began to read and write under the tutelage of his father's sister. He continues to study independent of her teachings.

 

At thirteen, his sister went missing for a month, and his foster mother, who had left to campaign in the east, left him in care of Zack, his guardian. He became depressed, and he frequently wandered away from home to seek apprenticeship and a escape from his home. After leaving the house, he has engaged in more rigorous reading and writing in hopes of finding a job as a steward or a page. 

 

Recently, he has been studying to become a Druid. He does this under the tutelage of Arch-Druid Beth. After multiple misdirections in his life, he is becoming a quiet, melancholy teenager focused on the work ahead instead of having fun.
