Alstion is back on its feet

After a dreadful attack, and the many thanks of the community which helped the rebuilding of Alstion, the old citizens who left, may now return safely. Since the keep is gone, undead presence has went on the decrease, but not %100. They have still been spotted nearby, though fairly rare. I try to look after my people as best I can, I like to converse with them and build a relationship with them as best I can in as many ways possible, but through my absence, much has happened, and I have not been to help in any way possible. Sorry for any inconvenience which has occurred. I would love to see my people in the town they once lived in.

It is good you survived though I am a little surprised. I have been to alstion 3 times recently to offer supplies and weapons. The first time there all of the guards were gamblin in the casino. The last time the military advisor told me to watch the wall saying he pressed people into service. I said I was a civilian and a blacksmith. I also told him if I din't serve the dwarvem army I wasn't about to serve in a human army. So after calling me an idiot saying it wasn't a human army and me calling him an idiot for forcing civilians into the military I was told to leave. As I was leaving I was also assulted but it was no big thing being the assault had less force than a heavy raindrop. I will still offer aid and supplies but not until there is some orginization.

In the weeks Daniel was away order was lost and people weren't sure what was happening. Order is being restored but it make take a while for the wounds to heal.

I recommend getting a good dwarf to instil some order in the guards and military. Also and defensive position can instantly be improved by adding a single dwarf.

I am sure I have most of this sorted out, I hope that Abrecht will return to Alstion and command his rangers again, and that Jon, will also command his guards.

You most likely ran into the Followers of Aegis. It's been hectic in Alstion and many of the guard and rangers have been struggling to hold things together but we certainly aren't pressing anyone into service. We're grateful for the assistance but with an Undead Keep within sight of the walls you must understand the pressure we've all been under.

I myself have been kept away recently dealing with issues with my family's holdings in the wild. I'm sad to say it has been completely lost to the wilds and between that loss and the loss of home in Alstion, well, I've had to turn my focus to my own survival for the time. I plan to return again soon and I hope those there can vouch for me, that I've been doing my duty as a ranger throughout this difficult war.

Jon and I have been there the entire time. The only thing is I wasnt about to cross words with anyone the King or you put in charge so it sortof.....went out of spin.

Aye tis true my lord much has happened in your absence but there have been many a soul that has kept a vigilant eyeon the north protectig it's borders the Followers of Aeriel and myself included have been very active north and have even established a guild hall although many of us have lost our permits again myself included to keep maintaining our hall.

You will have to ask Daniel for a permission slip for your building site. Building rights have been taken away from many a person this day, since we no longer have need of building services.

Grimbeard disobeyed orders. He build two new other walls and several building when he was told by Daniel not to build anything only to repair. It was managing the outer walls that lost order and Grimbeard was away for a while and that only made it worse. So people didn't have the faintest idea who was in charge.
