[Bug] Pillar Active Member Time

When switching personas and being tho one   for a small amount of time, a player already becomes labeled as not having made the activity requirements, and such making it impossible to be given the land, as it already says that one has not met the activity requirements in about 10 minutes! Therefor the land I am stationed in has continuously gotten a new pillar for the time to reset, though we hope not to be disturbing the mods with this, hoping this bug can be fixed in the time between region checks

Does this happen this way for everyone or just you?

I'm guessing logging out doesn't discard your activity check?
