Dearest Government of Haelun'or, I write this to you before your election is complete so that one of the first things done by the new government can be to approve (or, regrettably, deny) this humble request. You see, the Gentle-Elf's league seeks a building, neither particularly large or small, that it can host chess competitions within, hold a small library and construct an underground meeting room for its members.
