If you allow people to search you and you have nothing, and they /still/ want to PvP default you, you can probably BR them as it's terrible, terrible RP leading to PvP. But there are certain people out there that will just result to PvP default when they begin to lose or don't get their way. It's happened to me when /someone else/ was accused of power gaming. And I was just slaughtered on the spot. Overall I like the PvP on the Road idea. It's a good fix for the problem, whether it be temporary or not.
