On the beaches of Cerulin several dark elves are seen cobbling together driftwood into small structures. The sky is grey with a dim overcast as a couple carts are brought from town bearing logs and tinder. Thunder rumbles in the distance as Archons tie rope around the pyres to keep them stable. Their eyes sombre as go about their work.

Dak'ir looks amongst those that have gathered to watch as the golden warriors work and waves his hands for them to gather around.

"For those of you who are unaware. We are preparing for the funeral of several dark elves whose bodies and heads we found in the nearby feral caves... All dark elves are welcome to this and any who have noticed friends or loved ones gone missing recently may come before the service to try and identify the bodies. We will be lighting the pyres in a few elven days and hopefully these souls can rest easy amongst the Ancestors."

((The event will be on Thursday, specific time is being decided.))

As Eilistrae strided after the cart to make sure none of the dead left their current place and then assisted to set up the pyres for the ceremony at the later date. After the temperarly place was finally arranged, Eilistrae stood up straight to wipe the sweat off the brow, ears flickered to the sound of thunder that rumbled over the horizons of the waters.Bending a knee, she grasped some of the sand, letting it trickle from her grasp with a sigh,

"May you return to the ground."

She whispered before coming to a stand once more, turning to Drak'ir.

"Are non-Mali'ker allowed to watch the ceremony?"

Dak'ir looks to the sky, holding a hand out as light pecks of rain begin to fall to the earth. He glances back to Eilistrae, offering a light shrug as he lowers his hand.

"I'm not sure why they would, seeing as this is a dark elf funeral. But if they wish to pay their respects, I will not stop them."
