EDICT FROM THE LORD CHAMBERLAIN

The following prices shall serve to be the standard throughout the entirety of the Kingdom. Any materials listed may be sold at their appropriate prices, which are of course subject to change:

 

"The Grand Kingdom of Urguan is not offering a profitable market to the Dwed. We are simply offering another opportunity for dwed to make minas. While this may not be one of the most effective methods in selling materials. It's a stable market, where prices do not fluctuate. We will always buy materials off of Dwed, while others may not."
