Reported incidents of sentient creatures being let in that are not citizens run rampant throughout the streets. It is clear distraught Mali’aheral forget the laws that forge our society and kindred. Any Mali’aheral caught in the act of solicitating foreign entities within the cihi will be charged with impure acts, and further evaluation for their place within the Mali’thilln will be decided. For those lacking the specific knowledge on our specific law, let me reiterate those relevant to the current situation.
