Near the lands of Cerulin and the Grove, a peak rested dormant, the ruins atop long unused. In an almost eternal slumber, it waited, it lurked. The ruins remained, simple words carved into a stone pillar:

Acer dun ark aelrharn

The Fallen Shalt Arise

In the click of times fingers, that all changed. Hammer upon ferrum, chisel upon stone, it slowly arose. The slumbered land of Drem'karzul now held a single, solitary spire rising up out of the ground, progressing towards its finish.

A presence had entered those lands, and the tower though new- stood as archaic as an artefact. 

What could this mean for the natives?
