What is roleplaying?: You as a real life person take control of a fictional character and develop a story for them.

What is metagaming?: Using information you’ve gained from OOC means in roleplay. Such as reading a forum post about something secret in RP, and using that information in character without actually learning it in roleplay.

What is powergaming?: Forcing actions upon another character without giving them a chance to respond to that action. For example, I smash the head of my enemy in one swoop. That’d be powergaming, instead I need to use: I attempt to smash the head of my enemy, and allow him to either dodge, get hit, or something else.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

 

Lennin Irongut was born in Aegis to Skippy Irongut and an unknown women, most likely a random bar ***** Skippy often had drinks with. He was taught on how to do tasks such as mining and lumberjacking from his father. Most days he worked at the tree farm with Skippy and got rewarded minas from the dwarven king, Algrim, who funded the lumberjacks. Things went good for Lennin in Aegis until the Undead eventually destroyed Kal’Urguan, forcing Lennin and the other dwarves to flee to the Verge.

 

After quite some time in the Verge assisting the dwarves in creating ships capable of sailing to new lands, Lennin settled down in Asulon. He lived in the capital for a while until his father and him moved to Kal’Dwain in order to work on the mining guild there. He was just a simple miner and wasn’t an important rank. He also fought in battles like the dragon attack on Kal’Dwain and defended from raids by the orcs against Kal’Dwain. He left Asulon with the rest of the dwarves on ships, but has been missing ever since then.  Eventually, Lennin found himself in Athera and met up with his father, Skippy Irongut, and currently helps him work on the capital, Kal’Karaad.

Personality Traits: Likes to make jokes, friendly, enjoys drinking ale with his friends, adventuring and relaxing, enjoys trying new foods.

Ambitions: To find a place where he can settle down and protect with his life.

Strengths/Talents: Lumberjacking, mining, and planning buildings.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Farming, keeping clean chests, marketing, marksmanship (bows), using swords for combat, redstone machinery.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Has an inherited pot belly from his father Skippy. Enjoys being bald than having hair (aside from beard) because he wants to showcase his beard more than his hair. He wears a big belt to keep his oversized pants on. His eyebrows are as bushy as his beard because he is scared to shave near his eyes.
