How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: A few years ago my friend applied for this server and we were planning to write up an application for me but we never got around to it.

What is roleplaying?: Taking on the role of a fictional or non-fictional character and carrying out decisions that the character themselves would make.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is preforming any actions that effect the game that your character would have no way of knowing Example: Your friend tells you about a cave rich with resources and you walk there using your own personal knowledge rather than your character’s without any roleplay.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when a player declares that their actions in roleplaying are successful without letting the other player respond 

In-Character Information

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Eldon Highgate was born into a small family of three in Dragon's peak, Erskine Highgate (Father) Lisa Highgate (Mother) and Ives Highgate (Brother). At the age of 7 Eldon's brother, Ives, Mysteriously died. Ives's death was a tragic blow to the family Eldon's mother focused on her work as a healer but Eldon's father took to locking himself in his study for days on end. 3 years later the shock of Ives's death had sunken in and the family had accepted his death. All went smoothly for 2 years until Eldon's father didn't return one night after a hunting trip nor did he return the morning after. That evening Eldon went out to search for his father but discovered him dead among some bushes. Eldon's mother driven mad by grief took her own life shortly afterwards. Alone with no guidance at the age of 12 Eldon had to leave Dragon's peak to life with his Uncle in the countryside. Eldon's uncle taught him how to farm affectively. When Eldon was 24 he left his uncles small cottage promising he would return with a plentiful amount of money.

As he began his journey he was assaulted by bandits, he was robbed and left to die at the side of the road, a kind monk came across him and brought him back to the Cloud Temple where he was nursed back to health by the kind monk, he thanked them all for healing him and began to set off in search of a job and a place to rest his head at night.

Personality Traits: Generally quite happy and cheerful, never holds a grudge, doesn’t like fighting or conflict, loves to travel, gets quite depressed when alone for extended periods of time

Ambitions: To own a large estate and become a wealthy land owner. To find out how his brother suddenly died.

Strengths/Talents: Farming and Hunting, His father was a hunter and past down knowledge and tricks on hunting to Eldon

Weaknesses/Inabilities:
Creating Medicines: His mother was a healer and whenever he tries to use herbs in a medicinal way it reminds him of his mother

Combat: Eldon isn't very good at fighting because he doesn't like the thought of killing another person (human or any other race)

Loneliness: Eldon gets very depressed if left alone for a long period of time
