Being on the Villain Application Team is a big responsibility.  You are involved in making sure that all of our Villains are quality roleplayers and will add to the enjoyment of the server.  You can be held accountable if you make poor decisions on approvals.  This is a job and you are expected to treat it as such. As a note VAT members who do an outstanding job and prove themselves to the VAT lead will be able to earn a strong recommendation for promotion to the Global Moderation team.
