[Bug] Shop Plugin

[b]Nature of the bug: I'm disallowed to set up a new autoshop despite my bedrock VIP allowing me 4 shops. [/b]

[b]First occurrence: I first stumbled upon this bug about two or three weeks ago when I attempted setting up a new stall, but then I convinced myself it'd be fixed some time soon. The occurance that I am now reporting happened today at 10:47AM EST, or 2:47PM GMT [/b] (Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug)

[b] Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: I placed down a chest and I placed down a slab near said chest. I locked the chest and then typed in /sb to open up the shopbuilding mode. I right clicked on the chest like I was told and then I got the error message. [/b]

[b] What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally :
