Owynswood Reconstruction Order

 

 

 

 

Section I. 

Construction

 

In that we may finish construction of Owynswood in a timely order to carry on with other projects, the following measures are to be taken in the order given. 

 

1. All work should shift toward finishing the town square until completed. The tavern and bakery take priority. A storage building should be built to store supplies in a orderly fashion so that resources can be found easily and without hassle. 

 

2. Roads are to be repaired. Useless roads are to be removed, and all roads should be fairly level. These roads should run from the town center to the Dystov manor, as well as the rural sector. 

 

3. The rural sector should be completed. All townhouses will be destroyed as the area is unstable. Townhouses will be replaced in the town square. Hovels and small farms are to be built in the rural sector. Most animals should be sent to above ground pens once they are complete with some being stored in locked pens for security. 

 

4. In order to maintain structural security, all underground caverns are to be filled in with the exception of the cavern blocked off by Lord Victor de Montfort prior to his leave.  

 

5. To prevent undergrowth, all stray tree debris is to be removed. This includes debris from trees cut down post this order. 

 

6. Finally, only once all other orders are complete, the Montfort and Dystov's personal property is to be maintained, updated, repaired and decorated.

Section II. 

Military

 

1. The levy is to be expanded and should increase substantially post construction. 

 

2. In order to quickly prepare for skirmishes and wars, a simple armory or arms shelter should be erected so that there is no scrambling for war supplies. This will contain rationed grains as well. 

 

3. An old man in golden armor has been sighted around Owynswood. His behavior is erratic, and if found he should be restrained before he hurts himself.

Section III. 

Religion

 

1. A member of the clergy should be found and stationed in the new cathedral; until then, a temporary once can be found to visit on occasion and hold mass. Mass should begin by use of the new bell tower.

Section IV. 

Economy

 

​1. 5,000 minas is allotted to the Dystov family for the purpose of paying labor and attracting workers. More money will be allotted when used up. A report should be prepared to show where money is being sent. 

 

2. Builders should be hired or taught. 

 

3. Farmers and shop owners should be found and dispersed throughout Owynswood after construction is complete. All will be paid.

Section V. 

Government

 

1. To maintain relations with foreign Lords and Ladies, Owynswood will host hunting events, hold mass, and will have a feast after construction is complete. 

 

2. Trips will be made to other towns and cities (bumping rp in other places and getting out of Owynswood) to generate culture and relations.
