Ancestral Priests

The temple of Ker'nor fills with incense each day. The floors swept and kept clean. Blankets and pillows nestled in the storage room for later use. Everyday the temple is cared for and prayers echo off the walls from the priests.

 

 

Ancestral Acolyte

 

The Ancestral Acolyte spends their time doing the most basic of tasks. They clean the temple and make sure fresh tribute is given to the ancesters every morning and evening. They are trained in the history of the ancestors. Before they can become apprentices, a priest must take them under his or her wing, and give them tasks to follow. Acolytes are generally over the age of eight.

 

 

Ancestral Apprentice

 

Beginning their studies in the rituals around the ancestors, Apprentices spend much of their day meditating and learning. As they grow older, they are given rituals to perform. Their tasks become harder, from filling the water basin, to meditation under the underground falls. Apprentices are generally over the age of twelve.

 

 

Ancestral Priest

 

The Ancestral priest holds ceremonies and is able to train those under them. They are in charge of making sure the temple is taken care of and the staff is there. An Ancestral Priest is one with their temple, knowing when everything needs to be done. They can hold weddings, funerals, and various other ceremonies. Priests are generally over the age of twenty.

 

 

Ancestral High Priest

 

The highest power in the temple. They connect to the ancestors in a way no others can. They hold sermons with the ancestors. Gaining the highest honor, the High Priests must take time to learn Lutauman in order to become this state.
