Windows 8.1 Skin For App

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Windows 8.1 and know how to put a pic in the App?

Go to novaskins, top left, upload the skin you're using for your app and it should display.

 

Around the top there should be a button that says 'Photo' hit that and you should see this pop up.

 

Save that image and there you have it.
