[Req] Human Skin

Alright so I need some help. I have a fairly crappy human skin that I attempted(And utterly failed at) and many of my group have told me to come to the forums and ask for help. What I need is for it to look better in color and quality. If someone can help me by fixing this skin, and a better hairstyle. Not sure what though, maybe surprise me? Just make it good please~ I would be very appreciative! Here's the skin:
