Workstations Bug

 Share

Recommended Posts

Nature of the bug: Won't allow you to use table, forcing you to relog.

First occurrence: (Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug) Ever since Athera

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: Occasionally, if you go to open whatever workstation (masonry block, crafting table, etc etc) it'll sometimes just make the noise that it's been open, but it hasn't opened. You are then unable to open any crafting tables at all, while it continually just makes the little jingle as if it has been opened. Being stuck on this glitch also prevents you from tossing stuff out of your inventory, or taking anything in. The only way to fix it is by relogging, and at this point it seems this is getting more severe.

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : (in the event of a crash, please also provide the error log) None

Frequency of occurrence: For builders like myself, probably about 20 times within an hour.

Are you able to reproduce the bug: Just keep opening a workstation.

Please fix, I'm getting annoyed of having to place down my schematic every other minute because i have to relog :(

Also, can the masonry block be fixed for stairs? 3 blocks of whatever are required to make just 2 stairs, can it be evened out like how it is with wooden stairs? (wooden stairs only require 1 block and it makes 1 stair, can the stone stairs be the same way?)

If you click twice by accident this bug will occur. Re-logging solves this issue temporarily.

If you are lagging try to right-click only once and wait for the menu to pop up.
