Server Wont Work :(

the server always disconects me and wont let me in... and if it does it kickes me within a few minuts.... it says that "You have been disconected" for some reason... help? it also says java.IOException: connection reset by peer"... What does that mean and what do i do?"

Server's been a tad unstable lately. Rest assured, it's not just you with the issue.

There have been some connection issues with the server and minecraft lately, is there any error given besides "You have been disconnected"?
