[Support/bug] My Horse Is Gone

Hello,

Today, some minutes ago, I reached the CT docks with my horse, I /pets call [iD] quickly and clicked the Portal sign, the horse wasn't near me, then I came back to the docks, used /pets call [iD] again and, it says Your pet could not be found. I tried to call my pet many times, but it says Your pet could not be found.

 

Please help me to get my horse, thank you very much!
