I don't know why but trying to make this into a skin has me stumped so I thought I'd see what the community can do. 

 

Don't worry about hair, skin, eyes, or any of that. I can easily add it. All I need made is the actual outfit. Jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets don't have to be included either though I would like the gloves.
