Gunner 775 Share Posted July 28, 2015 It was months since the present-day Mali'ame of Laurelin had defended their city from an onslaught of savage beasts known as the 'Feral Elves'. It was months since they annihilate the very origin of this threat - the so called 'Urthir of the Ancients, preserver of the Mali, Athri'thilln'. A powerful necromancer managed to bring back the old, but for a malevolent purpose; one to slay any whom try and touch his self-proclaimed artifacts and treasures, locked deep within the ruins scattered about Elven territory. Though, as history tells, an egocentric ruler is destined to fall. This was the case for Athri'thilln, as he was no match against the power of the modern Mali. But not even death could stop this man. The lands of the Mali, including Haelun'or, have all been faced with peculiar reports. People whom chose to venture outside the Mali city's and towns have been reported missing, never to return. Recently rumors and speculations discussed by the Mali populace have said to tell of tall, deadly beasts, cladded in thick armor and only speaking the tongue of the ancient - As well as the sightings of pale, scrawny figures looming within the dense forest land of the islands. Some dismiss this hearsay as mere folk tale used as a scare tactic for children. Others say they've seen such creatures in flesh, and even fought against it, only to fail. Perhaps they are right, or maybe they are insane for even mentioning such, and are just lying. Despite if someone were to disagree, it was obvious there was an ominous feeling to the land. Hey. As part of a rather lengthy event line involving the Wood Elves, I've decided it's best if I expand it across all three subraces the best I can for the enjoyment and satisfactory of the elven playerbase. Do not fret, other races, you'll be provided with event lines as part of the 'Nation Event system' ASAP, I'll make sure of it, and do everything within the best of my ability as the lead of this system to provide such. Have fun.
